Our Story 

(Spring & Summer) 

 

With the passing of Winter, many of the students at the university have returned to their homes to help with the planting season and to tend to other necessities as their families dictate, at least for the warmer months. So concludes our bodyguard contracts, and we now set our sights on the newest campaign. A contract has been reached and we have begun to recruit new troops. Still camped on the university grounds, this location has proven ideal for recruiting purposes. We have even found a few students wishing to sign on as spiesstrager (pikemen) or to train as cannoneers. As soon as our ranks are filled we will march to join the Imperial forces poised to advance on the Italian peninsula where the French have already taken several key cities. It is rumored the French king has had clandestine support from the Pope himself. The coming campaign should prove interesting and profitable.
